Shipping Information

Topspin Pickellball NZ uses GoSweet Spots platform to handle shipping across Aotearoa with NZ Couriers, PostHaste, and NZ Post. All orders are trackable online and will be dispatched on the next 1 - 2 business days (Excluding Pre-Orders 5-12 Working Days depending on the product). Please add an extra 1-2 working days for Rural Delivery. If rural in the South Island, please add a further 1-2 days.

Free Shipping for every order over $400.00.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, please allow 3-7 working days for standard delivery.

We do not deliver on Public Holidays, for Saturday delivery we will deliver if specifically requested (a Surcharge will apply)

Paddle Care

- Avoid exposing your paddle to excessive heat.
- Do not hit your paddle against anything other than Pickleball balls.
- Clean the surface of your paddle with specialised paddle cleaner or erasers fit for your paddle
